Why do some clips appear in multiple videos?
Great question! Unlike random AI-generated visuals, we use a curated library of professionally crafted video clips. Each clip is hand-picked, carefully engineered, and optimized specifically for music videos. This approach lets us guarantee consistently high quality while our AI intelligently combines them to match your track's unique mood and energy.
Our library includes thousands of clips with enough variety to create distinct videos, and we're constantly expanding. While our library works for all genres, we're currently focused primarily on electronic music and rapidly growing our collection to provide even deeper coverage across all musical styles and themes. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your credit count resets every month based on your plan. If you need more videos before your renewal, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Technical Questions
How long does video generation take?
Most videos are generated in just a few minutes. The exact time depends on the length of your track and current server load.
What video resolution do you export?
Free tier exports at 720p, while paid plans get full HD 1080p videos optimized for social media platforms.
Can I regenerate the video with different settings?
Yes! You can create new videos with different metadata and settings. Each video generation uses one credit from your plan.
Do you add watermarks?
Free tier videos include a small BeatSync watermark. All paid plans remove the watermark completely.
Do I own the rights to my generated videos?
You receive a license to use the generated video with the specific audio track you uploaded to create it. This license covers all social media platforms and includes commercial use—you can monetize, promote, and even edit the video by adding your own footage on top.
However, you don't own the video outright. Since our visual clips are part of our curated library and may appear in other users' videos, you cannot claim Content ID on the visuals or use the video with a different song. The license is tied to the original audio file used for generation.
Think of it like using a beat from a producer—you can release your song commercially, but you don't own the beat itself. Same principle here with the visuals.
Account & Billing
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings under the Billing section.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds since you get 2 free videos every month to try the service before subscribing. This lets you see exactly what you're getting before making any payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
